• Adjustment of expenditure
  VAT rates will be no longer choose from listboxes, but the application now allows manual entry. Decimal number can be entered even with the fact that the website remembers the last entered rate.
  It is now possible to edit the expenses created by importing data from fuel card provider.
• Extending the alignment condition of odometer and condition of tank also time
  Since the new odometer reads in the logbook and the alignment of the GPS odometer already does not take place only within the routes can be aligned not only to a certain date, but also time.
• New listboxes calendar and time
  We bring you brand new listboxes in calendar and time wiew.
• Rapid listing in calendar tool
  The calendar can using the new right mouse button, use the quick tool.
• New Romanian new leu currency
  The manual entry costs can now choose a new currency, the Romanian leu (RON)
• New alert "Exceeding the speed"
  For the user version of the Premium has been added alert "Exceeding the speed." Alert will be generated when the set speed value is exceeded at several consecutive positions.

Mobile application SherlogTrace for Android

• New dispatcher welcome screen. For Premium and Standard version users we prepared an enhanced dispatcher welcome screen which newly uses the maximal desktop area. Link for the chosen report is placed in the right sliding panel.
• Extension of filters within Overview modul. For better overview of units we extended filtering options in Overview modul.
• Movement vector in SL dispatcher window. In SL dispatcher window there is a new option of movement vector visualization of units.

• New map bases. For Standard and Premium users we activated new map bases.
• Collective administration of users and vehicles through web service and. csv. We extended administration of users and vehicles with an export option to xml or csv thanks to what you can modify records in third party systems and after import create new and edit existing records. Equally you can use web service connection.
• Extension of interactive graphs within routes replay. Interactive graphs were modified and it´s possible to use them for visualization of more routes. For vehicles with revolution measurement a graph with results is offered.
• New dispatcher window. Within dispatcher home page there is a new „Dispatcher window SL“ available. As well, the prolink to dispatcher screen placed in the home page is linked to the new dispatcher window. For access to former version is necessary to mark the option “Dispatcher window-former“ in Tools, Routes or GPS logbook“. Former tool „Visualization for more routes“ is not supported anymore and will be removed.
• New currency Serbian dinar and Macedonian denar. During manual insertion of expenditures there is a new option for choosing Serbian dinar (RSD) and Macedonian denar (MKD).
• Possibility to mark and unmark all routes and expenditures. In GPS logbook, Routes and Expenditures we added a function for marking or unmarking all the items on the page.

• New functionalities in Routes and GPS Log book. We added new arrows allowing easy switch to the previous and the next unit.
• Expansion of options in Report Builder. The bookmark „Reports“ - „Templates of reports“ modul for own set creation was extended by: 1.Adding a new template for report generation along the user. 2.This set can be generated for more units or users at the same time. 3.New items which can be used in the report (Department of the vehicle, Coordinates of departure and arrival place, Internal vehicle ID, Internal user ID,… and much more). 4.„Report builder manual“ to download.
• Interactive graphs in routes viewing. This option is available for users of Standard and Premium version. It is possible to view interactive speed graphs and if the vehicle disposes of fuel measuring, this information will be viewed as well. The graph can be zoomed and by clicking on a certain value, the vehicle position will move to the corresponding map spot. In the case of error reporting use CTRL + F5 for browser´s cache renewal!

• Country information in reports and exports added. Within the information about place in standard reports and exports we added country information of the given point.
• CCS Import Modification. Since CCS output file doesn´t contain final currency information, the currency is given by the default setting of importing state.
• Alerts Modification. We adjusted Alerts model for Premium users: 1.The alerts which are not supported by clients units are not showed. 2.New „External input alert“ for 801 unit. 3.Possibility of multiple values monitoring within one configuration.
• Diacritics elimination in e-mail subject. Due to casual issues with diacritics in e-mail subjects we decided to eliminate this function.

• New functionality „Report templates“. For users of Standard and Premium version, we added a new module under the tab „ Reports“ „Report templates“. Here you can specify your own items to be included in the book of rides and create the report, which will correspond exactly to your wishes. This report can be found then the module Users“.The reports generated can then call for a specific vehicle.
• Change the logic to control duplication in import costs. In the event that a single import file is pumping more of the same items purchased at the same time and same price, these additional items are evaluated as a duplicate, import will be ok. To evaluate duplicates are taken into account only the items in different files, or re-importing the same file.
• Editing functionality „Overview“. In summary, we have expanded the view to take note of the time of the last position in the case of a private drive. Until now, only took the last point of service.

• Changing the calculation of the consumption in other reports.We have modified other reports: „Private consumption“, „Daily report“, Monthly report“and „Deviations in consumption“ and there is a new alignment takes into account the consumption calculation for the tank. Calculation for the consumed fuel is: initial state of the tank + filled up liters – final state of the tank. If the user not allign, it takes, that fuel in tank is decreasing, according to the combined consumption of the vehicle card, with the state of the tank at the beginning and end of the month can be greater than the size of the tank.
• Adjustment report „ Expenditure list“. For better processing group „Expenditure list“ occur to separation in curency column , in which the expenditure was made.
• Automatic allocation of routes for crossing the border. In the „import“ tab on the card unit, added a new option to „distribute the route at the border crossing“ after setting up the border crossing closes and begins to ride the new ride.(it has effect only for new ride).

• Change calculation of consumption in selected reports. In the reports: ,,Travel diary-Extended", ,,Travel diary-Extended by vehicle/driver" and ,,Travel diary-Extended II" newly it takes alignments tanks for consumption calculation. Calculation for consumed fuel is: initiatory tank ststus + filled up fuel-final tank ststus. In case that user don´t align, assumed that the fuel tank decreases, according to the combined consumption of the vehicle spcified on the card, with the state of the tank at the beginning and end of the month can be greater than the size of tank.
• Betaversion of a new dispatcher window. We have made available a new Betaversion of a new dispatcher window, which is solve in new technology Silverlight. Since this bow is uses the latest technology to display more cars and faster response. There is also display traffic information from JSDI (uniform system of traffic information for Czech Republic). Mentioned new window you will find: ,,Vehicle" - ,,Log book" - in tools item ,,Dispatcher window SL".
